The integrity of your home and everything you do to it centers around a solid foundation. A family run business founder Lokie Perez Sr apprenticed for many years before embarking on his own foundation repair company. Coming from a corporate senior manager role his passion drove him to pursue a craft which allowed him to blend the art of science with a challenge. (No two jobs are alike.) Since then the family owned business has added three sons to the team each with their own skills to pursue a tradition in excellence. From complex projects to realtor assists public works to residential our team is highly skilled to bring your structure to level.
