Dale Payne began Sumner Roofing Company in 1989 opening their first office on Maple St. As the business grew he moved the company to the City Square Shopping Center. Over the years Sumner Roofing has continued to grow moving them to their current location at 115 powell Drive in Hendersonville Tn.Dale grew up in the the construction business. He started working with his father Bob Payne framing houses while he was still in high school. While he worked with his dad building houses weekends would find him on someone u2019s roof.
