First stop: Paris, where Paris Design Week kicked off September 5. The fifth annual event brings international designers and the public together for a grand celebration of everything new and exciting in the design world. The event runs through September 12, and you can keep up with all of the beautiful products, trends, and more on Twitter. Check out some of the designs featured at the event in Paris Design Week’s video:
Speaking of Paris, design showcase Maison&Objet was held September 4–8, and we’ve been reminiscing about our trip there in January. From Japanese company TeamLab’s floating flower garden to pieces from innovators like Petite Friture, there were plenty of inspirational designs and unique products for your home on display this year. Take a look at the event’s site and Twitter feed for stylish design ideas.
Over in Brussels, more than 100 design events are taking place in celebration of Brussels Design September’s 10th anniversary. Belgian designers, as well as those from many other countries, participate in exhibitions, conferences, and more throughout the month of September. Looking for even more international inspiration for your abode? Furniture China kicked off today, and runs through September 12. You can catch all of the action (and check out the unique furniture pieces) from Shanghai by following @fur_china.
