Dave has been building homes for his company armstrong custom homes for more than 28 years.while establishing his building company he also spent 21 years with sears lastly as their regional manager for builder contract sales. in addition to a successful commercial residential and remodeling company dave is a green building certifier at both the state and national level.furthermore he has operated armstrong real estate inspections for over 15 years offering both residential and commercial building inspection services during the construction period for compliance with draw schedules and as part the pre sale due diligence. he is also actively involved as an asset manager to several regional banks in brevard county.
