Kukun content submission guidelines

  • We encourage original and unique ideas. Our advice is to select a topic that educates, inspires and vividly depicts the latest trends. We will not publish the same-old content that our audience has read 1,000 times. We are looking for well thought, deep, empowering and educating content.
  • Please include a brief author bio and headshot with your article. We accept articles from writers with expertise in any area of home remodeling, home design, home decor, real estate or home loans. (The author’s bio should not have a link attached to it).
  • You must properly attribute all stats and data, and cite all other references for your work. (Both in form of quotes by professionals and links to high-authority sites related to the topic.)
  • The article should have a minimum of 800 words and a maximum of 3,000 words, and include high-quality, license free images.
  • Only one high-authority, natural link to your company’s website is allowed in the body of the article.
  • In the case of a promotional post, the link will be incorporated with a “no-follow” attribute. (Links directed to the homepage of your site will be considered as promotional).

What we will not accept

  • Articles with generic content that don’t say anything new and informative – no fluff please!
  • Articles with obvious link-building intentions (our community is too savvy for that)
  • Any post with too much promotional content – remember we’re informing our users, not marketing to them.
  • Any post stuffed with SEO keywords.
  • Articles that are not directed to our US audience.
  • Articles that are not related to our niche. Both in terms of content and links.

If your content meets our quality guidelines, we will contact you to let you know when your article will be published. Once the post is published, it cannot be republished elsewhere, but you can share it as often as you wish.


Kukun reserves the right to include calls-to-action to Kukun’s Services and to make minor edits to ensure the best quality content possible is offered to our readers. When submitting an article for publishing to mykukun.com, the copyright to that article passes to mykukun.com.
