Cottonwood custom builders inc. was established in 1995. after 20 years as one of the most respected custom home builders in boulder and the denver metro area we have completed a wide variety of successful projects from 10 000 square foot custom homes to 1 000 square foot remodels and everything in between. When building a home or remodel there are hundreds of decisions to be made. As your general contractor it is our job to make sure everything goes smoothly from the pre construction decision making to the final walk through and move in.Time and again our clients tell us how much they appreciate the consistent and upfront communication we provide before during and after the project is complete.Because we take only a select umber of projects at one time we can give each one our full attention.
