Jeff Kuennen and Chip Ainsworth have been in the residential building industry for over 30 years combined. They began their business building custom homes in Marion Iowa area in 2006. Now they have expanded their business to eighborhoods of Fairfax North Liberty and other communities in the Cedar Rapids Iowa City corridor.
