Mountain Realty Builders builds green homes in Asheville Nc and surrounding areas. We build both speculative homes ones where the home is built before the customer is identified and custom homes where the customer contracts with us to build the home from scratch on land either of us owns. The speculative homes we build are generally in West Asheville on infill lots that we have previously purchased.
