Stone Aspen builds custom homes in Douglas County Colorado for Active Aging Adults and growing families. We believe in the Smaller Footprint Design Concept and feel the lot and the home should be as one. We prefer to build homes without wasted square footage but instead construct Sanctuaries where every room is used on a regular basis. Folks should be able to age in place within the home and ot have to worry about building another home for their retirement years.
