Founded in 1999, tanner built homes offers exceptional value and commitment to provide the finest quality of construction services. each and every home built or remodeled by tanner built homes is done with the utmost care and dedication. we pride ourselves on treating the client as if they were family and undertaking projects as if they were our own home. founder, ryan tanner, moved from michigan to north carolina in 2007 where he met and married a southern belle. tanner built homes has been licensed and insured in michigan since 1999 and in north carolina since 2011. ryan grew up watching his father construct, expand and renovate homes for many happy clients in the north. ryan is continuing the tradition in the south. he adores helping clients realize the joy of home ownership and making their home renovation dreams a reality.
