I like that you suggested applying a fence, pool enclosure, and a locking gate for your pool for safety purposes. My wife and I are thinking about installing a pool enclosure in our pool for our kid’s safety. We are going to check for prices to see whats more convenient out of the three options you mentioned.

It’s amazing that you can increase the property value by 5% when you have a pool installed. My kids might be home a lot this summer because of the quarantine, so I thought it would be awesome for them to have a pool. Then they’ll at least have something to do. It’s too early to tell but I might just get one!
Pools are fun for kids, but they are lousy for your return on investment if you live in a more economical area. Never add a swimming pool or an expensive swimming pool to a low cost area in real estate.
